ABOUT BERNADETTE COLEY

Bernadette Coley founded Compudex in 1989 after spending several years in administration in the human resources, sales, medical, and legal sectors. Harnessing her experience from corporate America, Bernadette grew Compudex from a small home-office operation to a full-service transcription company. She continually oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, answering phones and addressing employee issues. She also is principally responsible for marketing, advertising, vendor negotiation, and project management. Her ability to function at all levels of the organization has produced a diverse client base which includes doctors, attorneys, colleges and universities, software companies, religious ministries, brokerage firms, hospitals, teachers, and students.

She has been trained in medical transcription at Montclair State University and blends in computer training in Microsoft Office applications, Lotus, dBase III, and accounting. Bernadette has received Women and Minority Business Certification and Small Business Enterprise Certification for the state of New Jersey.
